Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items of equal or greater value, subject to product availability.
If the new item has a higher price, you'll simply pay the difference.
Return Shipping

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
